Stillness in Sound

An hour of stress melting stillness designed to shift you out of stress and into a state of deep, restorative healing.

If your mind is racing, your body feels tight, and you're exhausted from carrying the weight of a busy life - this space is for you.

Are you constantly running on empty, trapped in everyday survival mode?

Life’s busy. You’re juggling work, family, and everything in between.

When was the last time you truly switched off?

A Stillness in Sound session is your chance to pause, breathe, and let go of the stress you’ve been carrying.

I hold sessions at my own, small, bespoke studio in the heart of the Cambridgeshire Fens at Redmere, as well as in Ely and the surrounding areas.
If you would like to host your own Stillness in Sound session please get in touch.

The Benefits (Why Your Body is Asking for This)

True Nervous System Relief: Shuts off the fight or flight/heightened awareness response and activates your body’s natural rest, digest, and restore mode.

Deep Mental Quiet: Softens stress, anxiety, and mental chatter. You don't have to remember the shopping, the washing, and ALL the things while you're here.

Physical Healing: Helps reduce pain, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and sets you up for a blissful night's sleep..

What to expect

Once you are comfotable and cosy, we begin with Yoga Nidra (don't worry, this involves you doing absolutely nothing), my guided relaxation that settles your body, mind, and emotions into a state of deep relaxation. As you drift into a dreamy state of conscious rest you will then hear the sounds of the Singing Bowls as I play them, using their beautiful tones and gentle vibrations to deepen your relaxation on a cellular level.

Your Comfort Checklist

What to bring: Bring whatever you need to create your ultimate cozy nest! I recommend a mat or two to lie on, a pillow, an eye mask, a cozy blanket, and some water. Wear your most comfortable clothing.

Prefer to sit instead of lie down? That is absolutely fine - your comfort is priority (Mats, blankets, meditation cushions are provided at my own studio).

Important Safety Information

Because sound therapy can deeply affect the body, these sessions may not be suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with sound-sensitive epilepsy, or those with severe mental health conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
